Ft. Zumwalt West will be a tough out for anybody in Missouri yet again. Going 5-0 in the Troy Tournament, one of the best preseason tournaments in the state is impressive.

Had my first ever track meet yesterday and enjoyed helping my team take the win. I came first in both the 100m and javelin with 11.85s and a 44.90m throw (2nd in school history). Did great for my first time, but I’m also excited to improve my numbers greatly through the season.
