Impactful read re:power of upstream prevention,v relevant@micro level of a GP practice.Eg 82% of my patients who have completed our local T2DM prevention programme were no longer in pre-diabetic range @ the end. Not a tablet in sight!🎉 🎉 @DiabetesWest @Lesleydmwest
