Thank-you @TendonGlasgow for generously giving your time for a fascinating talk - many lessons for those of us trying to translate basic science to clinical use.

Many thanks to @DalbyMatthew for the invitation to talk on #tendinopathy and translation to patients via spin out of @CausewayThera with @DerekGilchrist1 …. @morenorse produced this fantastic as always summary where i look rather young🤣 @UofGMVLS @UofGSii @UofGSMB @msk_uofg t

Incredibly rewarding to see Eva doing well over the years. Very grateful to @SBCFoundation for the support. Still working hard to get the technology to human use @theglasgowcemi @DalbyMatthew

Eva, the dog who captured Sir Bobby’s heart, is thriving years after groundbreaking surgery at the @UofGlasgow which saved her leg. Thanks to research supported by @SirBobby's Charity, Eva’s story is a reminder of the potential to transform lives through science. @ManuelMime

Dr. Hannah Donnelly at @UofGlasgow and team provide proof-of-concept that bioengineered niches that recreate physiological ECM organization can support the survival of #CRISPR edited hematopoietic stem cells. go.nature.com/3WgsJ6V

Happy to see this work by @hannahdonnelly_, @theglasgowcemi’s new @BBSRC Fellow published in @NatureComms It shows bioengineered microenvironments containing mesenchymal stem cells can look after long-term haematopoietic stem cells. Critical for improved blood cancer therapies.

Beyond delighted to share our latest work from @theglasgowcemi @DalbyMatthew @ManuelMime, published yesterday in @NatureComms Here we bioengineer a model of the bone marrow niche microenvironment that can maintain long-term HSCs 🦴🩸 nature.com/articles/s4146…
