立場新聞の関係者6名のうち３名は報道に関わっていない、ただの役員です。その上、半年前に辞任しています。「扇動的出版物の発行」で逮捕出来る人物ではありません。 また、創設者の蔡東豪(海外在住)には指名手配が発表され、蘋果日報副社長の陳沛敏も、過去に立場に寄稿してた為、逮捕されました。
