why? because refineries in the Great Lakes, Rockies & Midwest rely on Canadian heavy crude oil for feedstock to refine. if these millions of bbls are tariffed at 25%, that's going to basically mandate refiners pay a LOT more for feed. guess who pays? end users. CONSUMERS.
