When we Christians are more known for our support of presidents than we are for our support of the poor, the immigrant, the marginalized, and the oppressed, that is when we know we are following someone other than Jesus and we have a lot of repenting to do.

A Christian voting guide in two verses: “Do nothing out of selfish ambition or vain conceit. Rather, in humility value others above yourselves, not looking to your own interests but each of you to the interests of the others.” -Philippians 2:3-4

It takes a great deal of arrogance to live in the U.S. with over 200 different sects of Christianity, all with their own unique interpretation of the Bible, yet insist that other Christians aren’t “real Christians” unless they vote by your interpretation of “Biblical values.”

Interesting how it's always "vote according to Biblical values!" until it comes to welcoming the immigrant, helping the poor, feeding the hungry, bringing healthcare to the sick, forgiving debts, caring for our planet, laying down our swords, or loving our neighbors.

Evangelicals have become unhinged over abortion. The Bible doesn’t denounce it. Jewish and Church History allowed it under many circumstances. The law now severely limits it. BUT, Evangelicals need it to scare their base into voting for evil.

So the guy who has been in regular contact with Putin is now doing everything in his power to elect the candidate who promised to cut off aid to Ukraine & force them to surrender It's clear now more than ever: a vote for Trump is a vote for Putin

There are simple explanations for all these billionaires who once shunned Trump but are now back in his camp. Deals. Elon Musk called him too old and unfit to lead, but now is his biggest surrogate. Deal: unlimited government subsidies, tax breaks, deregulation and the DOJ…

I have to admit, I grossly underestimated the power of racism. I would have never thought it possible to convince a significant number of Americans to embrace (literally worship) a stupid fascist in makeup. To vote against their own interests, to welcome chaos.
