AR has moved individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities from Phase 1-C of the COVID-19 rollout plan to Phase 1-B! Gov. Hutchinson said that all of Phase 1B is now eligible for the vaccine in AR & is launching a state-wide call center to help book an appointment.
