When you tell a #trauma survivor to that abuse and trauma made them stronger, you’re actually taking the side of the abuser by suggesting the abuser did the victim a favor. You don’t get stronger from abuse. They’re predators, not personal trainers. #CPTSD #MentalHealthMatters
