In his 12th season leading the program, Anderson guided the Bombers to 28 wins & Elite 8 appearance for the first time since 2006.
Macomb made its deepest postseason run since 2005-06. The Bombers upset state title favorite Peoria Manual & avenged a holiday tournament championship loss to Rockridge to advance to the IHSA Class 2A Elite 8.
Macomb High School Boys Basketball Coach Jeremy Anderson was named an Illinois Basketball Coaches Association (IBCA) District Coach of the Year, the association announced Tuesday
