Spent the day trying Uber Customer Service (oxymoron, perhaps?)#'s, only to get recordings that the "number isnt in service". WTF??? I'm trying to return a phone found in a car. Why is this so hard? Somebody WANTS their phone back, and if Uber was reachable, he/she'd have it!
