Fantastic first day at #CILIPConf24 with great sessions on intellectual freedom, futures literacy and truth decay. Great programme from @CILIPinfo and knowledgable engaging speakers. @DrDMcMenemy @StijnHoorens @BenYMLee @mia_out @culturekhan @DrVanvan @martyn_wade 👏👏👏
Way back in the early 2010's when museums were taking images of collections items, we talked about using 3D renders to generate art assets for virtual environments. Did anyone do it? Speaking to some game Devs who'd find a library of historically-accurate models rlly interesting!
One of the most rewarding projects I've been involved in. The biggest message in here is that #futuresliteracy is an essential skill for everyone.

Today, @DCMS has announced plans to create community wealth funds with the money raised through the expanded dormant assets scheme!
“a sky darkening with the wings of chickens coming home to roost” Has Whitehall finally run out of long grass into which it can kick real fiscal devolution #LocalGovernment #fairfunding
Less than a tenth of tax raised in London is retained here, compared to over half in New York City. Good article from Paul Honeyben of @londoncouncils in this @Localis report setting out why we need fiscal devolution localis.org.uk/wp-content/upl…
