Gary was very rugged but he took a beating from Lennox. I felt for Gary that night as he had no answers

I agree Andy. He has to be that seek and destroy fighter again. But like Wlad he’s had his weaknesses exposed and I don’t think he will ever have faith in his chin again.

Is there any need for a USYK Vs AJ rematch ????? Personally I don’t think so I think it was too one sided. What do you think ?

My wee dog Jill passed away today in my arms. She was born on auld years night and was nearly 16. My heart is broken and I can stop crying. She was a beautiful soul and constant companion. 💔

In 1989, Tony Mandarich, 6-6, 330lbs, was hailed as the greatest OL prospect ever out of Michigan St & drafted in the 1st round by the Packers. Mike Tyson, 5-10, 218, was heavyweight king & there was talk of a showdown vs Mandarich. Imagine the interest today? #HolyfieldBelfort

Europe retains Solheim Cup with 2nd-ever win on US soil - ABC News - abcn.ws/3thNHT4 via @ABCEurope Thoroughly enjoyed watching this over the past 3 days. Gave it a go because I 😍😋 Charley Hull/the Swedish players - ended up respecting all for sporting reasons. Terrific

Sorry, but any further suggestions from the 'Tank for GOAT/boxing begani n 2000' casual's club suggesting Breidis and Gassiev were better fighters than a Holyfield or Qawi will result in instant blocking. Jeez, life is just TOO short and I am too old 😥😂😂

Benn was exceptional that night. Plain refusing to lose. Eubank also showed tremendous courage against Carl Thompson, albeit it a different way, by absorbing a beating from a much bigger man

Sobering stuff.

I'm writing a bit about literacy in Medieval Europe and just wanted to share the lovely writings 7 year old Onfim who lived in the 13th century left behind. He wrote stories, made drawings and did his homework on birch bark. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Onfim

Any fighter in question should have to prove their innocence or have fulfilled their punishment before being allowed back in the ring after a failed sample and the difference between testing bodies and rules has to be fixed, we shouldn’t be judging excuses

Re Messi it’s great being a legend at Barca but it takes more than that to be the best ever.

Zidane is my choice for goat, Titles in Serie A, titles in Spain. Euro 2000 winner. World Cup winner. Scoring in the final twice

In stark contrast, one-club wonder Messi - a relative (to Maradona, Pele and Renaldo) flop at International level, belatedly leaves his pampered, indulged comfort zone at Barcelona - and makes a cash grab in a uncompetitive Mickey Mouse French League. Cristiano GOAT.

Andy McGhee Reposted

Messi drops even further behind Renaldo. The Portuguese star, more successful at international level, proved his worth in The Premier League, La Liga, Serie A - and now returns to a Premiership that is the the best/toughest league on Earth (1/2).
