The only contribution to this afternoon's debate on forerstry and net-zero that exposed the scale and pace of land-grabbing going on aided and abetted by public money and the carbon code.
Companies like BrewDog think they're philanthrophic punks. They're not. They're just a privileged new nobility, in a centuries-old carve up of land in Scotland.
It's massively disappointing that nearly 20 years after the first Land Reform Act of the Scottish Parliament, the worry is that the system is encouraging *further* concentration of ownership, rather than diversification.
