We Remember Our Fallen Heroes Today. Dear Igbo Nation, today marks 54 years since we sadly lost over 3 million Igbo brothers and sisters to genocidal attacks disguised as civil war. They gallantly fought and died for us to live. Let's Retweet in respect to our fallen heroes. 🙏

Here I am once more, praising my parents for being exemplary. They provided us with workbooks even for the next grade level, ensuring we stayed ahead of our class, and crafted assignments tailored to our needs. As a parent, YOU need to invested in your child’s education.

Did yalls parents teach you how to read or did you learn in school? This literacy crisis baffles me because… I thought kids were supposed to learn that in school. Parents can supplement at home but most of it was at school for me…

You know one thing I really want? A necklace with my Igbo name on it. I’d literally wear it everyday because I love my name, I’m obsessed with my culture and that’s what identifies me as an Igbo woman

The Supreme Court's decision to strike down affirmative action, including in professional schools, like medical and nursing, will have detrimental consequences on Black health for generations to come. This is about life & death for us. Today, we are only 5% of physicians.

This black teen boy went to pick up his sibling but accidentally went to the wrong house, the owner of the home shot the kid in the head, then shot him again once he was down. The neighbors won't speak, they "take care of each other"

At long last - WE are back. The journey from my last album to this album has been a whirlwind to say the least. I recall sitting & staring over the ocean not too long ago, wondering if I could get here again, after all I’ve been through… but with your love & support, we made it.

Prince Nico Mbarga’s “Sweet Mother” has sold more copies than “Macarena.” And even The Beatles’ “I Want to Hold Your Hand”. But chances are, especially if you’re not Nigerian, you’ve never heard of him. Until now. His rollercoaster-of-a-life story:

Americans have main character syndrome BAD.

If Peter Obi ends up winning the presidential elections in Nigeria, you could argue that it would represent the most significant political impact of the George Floyd protests anywhere in the world -- including the US.
