Wait until your my age... I hear a lot from the dads in their 40s. I'm 38 and I'll be running laps and have more energy. My 40s will be better than my 30s. Stronger in every aspect. Physically Marriage Father Financial Spiritual

Learning how to deflect bad energy and change to good is a skill.

I'm just getting started. I've worked too hard and learned too much to not be helping. I've gone from fat, depressed, floating through life to landing a badass woman, optimistic, energetic, fit, and taking control of my life.

How did your week go?

best time to build a strong physique was 5 years ago. The next best time is today.

F*ck Average.

How you start and finish your day is critical. Want peace? Avoid the screen.

Audit your days and weeks. It's how to track if what your doing is moving you toward what you say you want. Questions to ask. What's working? What's not? Did I do what I said I was going to?

Never skip leg day. For your sanity and mind.

Anytime your kids are around. Put the phone down. Engage with them. Be present. Love the junk time. Ask a few silly questions. Soon they will be out of the house. I tell myself this daily.

What's the best thing that happened this week for you?

The best part of fitness and health? You can't outsource it. Only you can do it.

Failure is feedback.

Did you hit your training goals this week?

How hard you exercise is how hard you need to recover. If you can't recover from the work you are doing, then you'll end up injured, sick, and out of gas. How do you recover? Walk. Sleep. Nutrition. Electrolytes.

Learn from your past. Don't live in it.

Don't take your foot off the pedal over the weekend. It's almost 30% of your week. Use them to your advantage.

Some days you'll have your best and some you won't. Nothing changes. The work still gets done with the same energy and intensity.

Consistency beats intensity.

How you do anything is how you do everything.

Drink your water!
