You’ll achieve much more by being consistently reliable than by being occasionally extraordinary.
Steve Jobs on the most important job of a CEO “The greatest people are self-managing. They don’t need to be managed. Once they know what to do, they’ll go figure out how to do it… What they need is a common vision, and that’s what leadership is. Leadership is having a vision,…
“Resilience matters in success. And greatness does not come from intelligence. Greatness comes from character, and character isn’t formed out of smart people: it's formed out of people who have suffered.” — Jensen Huang
Rest in peace, Ratan Tata Sir 🙏✨
I am unable to accept the absence of Ratan Tata. India’s economy stands on the cusp of a historic leap forward. And Ratan’s life and work have had much to do with our being in this position. Hence, his mentorship and guidance at this point in time would have been invaluable.…
Lessons of Life : And for day you wake up and say ' nobody loves me'.. remember... you just fell out of love with yourself.

We don’t get to choose the hand we’re dealt but we get to play it to our advantage. Circumstances can make or break us depending on what we do about it, and there comes a day we have to cut the psychological umbilical cord—mental ties like blaming your parents for who you are.
I reread @jk_rowling’s 2008 Harvard speech a lot, especially this line: “There is an expiry date on blaming your parents for steering you in the wrong direction; the moment you are old enough to take the wheel, responsibility lies with you.”
The people of Japan have a deep appreciation of empathy (共感). Not only do they empathize with you, but they also help (ヘルプ ) you before you realize you need it. The concept of empathy and consideration in Japanese culture is omoiyari (思いやり).
To be remembered, be the best and put a smile on people’s faces
