When I’m underweight I can say I have an ed, until then I’m just a liar and it’s not as bad as I think


Feels like I'm in a neverending pit of shame. I need to lose this weight. If I hate myself so much why is there no initiative to change. It's an endless loop and it won't fucking break.


Sucks that I'm going to have to look like this until January but I did it to myself dude I literaly have had years but I spent it all in a binge/restrict cycle Not anymore though, I had 700 cals exact today but still have to walk 10k steps

Very un-aesthetic tmad, all 360. I had a protein bar earlier, 180 cals, so today's total is 530 I still have 2 hours before it gets dark so I will have this then walk around the neighborhood

I am fasting this weekend, for a whole day, because I had 1.6k cals today. I also got all my steps in and I will workout tmrw too I'm gonna try my best to wake up at 6 am. want to start exercising in mornings too I hate overeating. So I'll stop

Couldn't get a pic of the groceries. I got garlic spinach sausages so I'm gonna try that out. Got protein bars, Greek yog and veggies and fruit so that's good Had 150 cals throughout the day and 450 cals for dinner. Hoping to omad throughout this week

Starving until I cannot take it anymore. Hoping I can last at very least until Tuesday considering I have never gone over 40hrs but I really just want to drop 15 pounds before this month ends. Maybe 20 if I'm actualy good.
